I read in the faq that antivirus software may stop IEWatch from getting the traffic. I'm using eset and noticed an option for Enabling http checking on ports 80, 8080, 3128. Should I disable this to allow IEWatch to get the traffic?

Yes, some virus protection applications prevent IEWatch from accessing the HTTP log data. For example HTTP Analysis logging can be blocked by McAfee Host Intrusion Protection.
To fix this issue you can disable the setting in your virus protection software that prevents access to the IE HTTP information.
